The description for Event ID ( 0 ) in Source ( Application ) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. The following information is part of the event: CreateService failed: The specified service has been marked for deletion.
When you try to install Microsoft BizTalk Server on a domain controller, setup may fail. BizTalk Server is designed to work with a local BizTalk Server Administrators group. This local group is created by BizTalk Server Setup. A local BizTalk Server Administrators group cannot be created on a domain controller because domain controllers do not maintain local groups. Domain controllers maintain only domain groups. See ME830465 for details.
This event may occur if a service is uninstalled and then reinstalled while the Services management interface is still opened. For example, some application may provide the ability to install/uninstall a service from a command line. If you open the Services applet, stop the service, uninstall the service from a command line and then attempt to reinstall the service, this error may show up and the service would fail to install as the Services applet is locking the services database. Shut down the Services application and reinstall the service.
