The following information is part of the event: ColdFusion MX ODBC Server error: 0, StartServiceCtrlDispatcher Error!.

As per Macromedia Support: "The ODBC Agent service and ODBC Server service write an error message similar to the following to the application event log when you install ColdFusion MX 6.1.
