I received this error message every morning around 1:00 AM. After some research, I found that the ETLProcessor is a Desktop Authority 7.x plugin. See “Desktop Authority 7.0 Data Collection Overview” for a description of the plugin and its responsibility.

This resolution is for Windows Database Connection Information only. If your Desktop Authority has a SQL database please contact ScriptLogic for resolution. Open Desktop Authority (DA) Manager. Access the Server Manager (Under Global Options). Select the Database Configuration tab. Select the Physical Server to Connect to and then click on the Connect button under the selection. Follow the below steps for both the DAReporting database and the DAConfiguration database:
1. Select the database.
2. Select the Database Operations - Perform Maintenance on the Database.
3. Select the maintenance options to perform:  all three (Rebuild Reset and consistency checks).
4. Click on the Perform Maintenance button.
5. You should receive a message similar to "Perform Maintenance operation completed successfully" in bold letters at the bottom of the options section.

Complete steps 1 through 5 on the second database as well. Close Desktop Authority Manager and reopen to verify there are no issues with the database. If the issue still persists contact ScriptLogic for support.
