This appears to be related to a "Rapid Restore" program running on IBM Net Vistas that deals with system backups. See “HKEY_LM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Enum\Root\LEGACY_PCRADMINSERVER” and “HKEY_LM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\PCRadminServer”. I get these errors on machines that were cloned using PowerQuest DeployCenter. In order to reduce overhead, I’ve simply uninstalled the programs on the offending machines; relying instead on my server-based image file should it come to this.
This pops up twice every hour at random times and the second time is always one minute after the first.
