From a support forum: "The GoogleUpdateTaskMachineUA task trigger repeats every hour after it runs. You'll have to edit the trigger if you want to change that. But this may revert with each software update, forcing you to re-edit the task. The problem of the lost description generating spurious events has been around for years. It's an indicator of Google arrogance and programming incompetence. It fills up my event viewer too, and my computer is brand new with a newly installed OS."
