Remember to put in the @ first when you generate new SMTP e-mail addresses under <server>-Recipients-Recipient Policies-Default Policy-Properties-e-mail addresses fan in Exchange 2000 System Manager or this error will be generated in the Application Log. Example: @microsoft.com not just microsoft.com.
