Error code: D@01010004 - We got this error message after a power failure. It has been recorded only once when the computer restarted.
Unexpected failure. Error code: 490@01010004 - We saw this when the server lost its shared drives of cluster cause one system of the two went down. When power loss occurred the shared disks are then lost and creates this error.
Error code: 490@01010004 - ME979391 says that this type of error can be safely ignored.

Someone suggested in a newsgroup post that this problem might be related to Roxio software. If you have Roxio software installed, go to the Roxio website and update your software to the latest version to see if this is true.
