Description
The kerberos subsystem is having problems fetching tickets from your domain contoller using the UDP network protocol. This is typically due to network problems. Please contact your systems administrator.
Comments

If there's a firewall between this machine and the domain controller, open up UDP port 88 (Kerberos).
See ME244474 for information on how to force Kerberos to use TCP instead of UDP in Windows Server 2003, in Windows XP, and in Windows 2000.
