This event id is recorded for a wide variety of error messages related to the Blackberry Router service. Each problem should be approached based on the actual error description and not just the event id itself.

As a temporary fix, some users restart the server. One post suggest that this issue indicates that packets are being dropped after authentication has occurred. The recommended troubleshooting approach was to look for evidence of irregular network activity either at the customers end or with their ISP. The issues could be in routers, hubs or switches or even the BES servers NIC.
