This message has been added to Chkdsk starting with NT SP4. It does not necessarily indicate that there is any problem on the hard disk. It is a warning that skipping Autochk (the automatic running of Chkdsk after an improper shutdown) might lead to problems on your hard disk.

System may power-off instead of restarting, and this event is also logged. See the link to "IBM Support Document ID: MIGR-44485" for details on this situation.
This may occur after a power loss (and the server is restarting).
