This error occurs when you attempt to reconnect to a session or shadow a session that is at a resolution and/or color depth your client does not support.
This error occurs if you do not have Feature Release 1 Licenses installed. If this is the case, reduce the clients display settings to 1280x1024 or less, and use 256 colours or less.
