Opening the "Attached file" mentioned in the event description in a text editor may provide additional details about the source of the problem. In most cases however, this information would only be useful to the developer of that specific application. It may help to provide that detail when opening a support ticket.
This particular issue started when I bought a Dell Inspiron 1501 laptop with Windows Vista. There is a known issue with Windows Vista going into hibernation or stand by mode and USB Hubs. See ME928631 and ME930568 for information on this issue.
This event occurs in Windows Vista, when you open a remote Web site that uses the source control feature in Microsoft Visual Studio 2005. See ME935842 for a hotfix applicable to Microsoft Visual Studio 2005.
