On a Cisco support forum, one user reported this type of errors being recorded when the RDP ActiveX plugin was used via FireFox to access Terminal Services (as well as other protocols) through a Cisco ASA 5510 firewall running the 8.2.2 firmware. Another user that encountered this problem while using Cisco Secure Desktop (CSD), managed to fix it by upgrading to the latest version of CSD (csd_3.5.1077-k9.pkg).
