This event is common for servers that have DHCP Server installed but not configured. If the DHCP server is not needed, disable the service or uninstall the DHCP Server role for that server.
If the DHCP Server is required and IPv6 needed, the server has to be configured with a static, private IPv6 address (the correct term for "private" IPv6 addresses is Unique Local Address (ULA). Example:
IPv6 Address: fde4:8dba:82e1:0000:0000:0000:0000:0000
Subnet Prefix Length: 48
An IPv6 scope can be added in the DHCP if needed, with a range such as:
fde4:8dba:82e1:100 to fde4:8dba:82e1:500
