The DHCP service encountered the following error while cleaning up the pending client records: <records>.
As per Microsoft: "The DHCP service 1009 error is the most common. It occurs 10 to 15 minutes after you delete a lease on the DHCP server. The scavenger thread runs on a CORE_SCAVENGER event and produces this error while attempting to remove a client entry. The jet record for the entry no longer exists". See MSW2KDB for more details.
