Event ID: 1009 Source: picadm

The description for Event ID 1009 from source picadm cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.

The following information was included with the event:

From a support forum: "I had this event recorded when users were trying to browse their mapped client drives. Their session would hang and go offline. We have installed almost all Citrix hotfixes. We have couple of XA6 servers and this error was happening with all of them. The users were connecting to their sessions through Secure Gateway. We have tested this from LAN and from WAN but it didn't make any difference.

We had a number of errors in my Secure Gateway / Web Interface server (event id 125 - SSL handshake from client failed) but there was no problem with the configuration. We noticed that these errors were recorded every time the sessions hang. We found this discussion thread EV100313 (SSL Handshake from client failed) and while the error situation is not exactly same removing the SSL certificate and importing it back may fix the problem. At the very least we narrowed the issue to the SSL certificates."
