This informational event can occur in a situation when the permissions on the folder that contain the files for the information stores are not sufficient for the stores to function properly. See ME282964 for details.
This event can also occur if the Microsoft Exchange Information Store (MSExchangeIS) service has quit because the server has run out of disk space. See ME296679 for information about this issue.
After a system "crash", you rebuild your system and restore the Exchange database without applying the correct service pack (Store.exe version). This can cause this event to be logged. See ME328968 for more information about this situation.
