Identifying to what application does the GUID belong to might be useful in troubleshooting this application. Search the registry for the GUID and you may obtain the name of the application.

GUID 80EE4901-33A8-11D1-A213-0080C88593A5 = Defrag NTFS engine. From a newsgroup post: "The GUID {80EE4901-33A8-11D1-A213-0080C88593A5} relates to the DisKeeper. The problem may be also caused by the firewall application, the antivirus application and some network-related application. I suggest you try the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Temporarily uninstall Diskeeper Workstation from your computer. Restart the computer and check if the issue occurs again.
2. Temporarily uninstall the Firewall from your computer. Restart the computer and check if the issue occurs again.
3. Temporarily uninstall the Antivirus application from your computer. Restart the computer and check if the issue occurs again.
4. Restart the computer and enter into Safe Mode with Networking. Check if
you can access the Internet. If so, check if the issue occurs again in Safe
Mode with Networking.
