The automatic certificate enrollment subsystem could not access network resources needed for enrollment. Enrollment will not be performed. (<error code>) <description>.

Error code: 0x80070002 The system cannot find the file specified. From newsgroup posts it appears that this may occur during if one demotes a domain controller to member server and then promotes it again to domain controller. The suggestion in this case was to perform a reinstall after the demote.

Error code: 0x80070057 The parameter is incorrect. - no info
This error message appeared at my system, when I debugged Group Policy application with use of Microsoft KB article ME247482. To remove this message I deleted the ExtensionDebugLevel value from Registry, applied the machine policy, and restarted Netlogon service (this is a reverse process to the described in ME247482).
