Event ID: 1015 Source: EvntAgnt

TraceLevel parameter not located in registry; Default trace level used is 32.
This event occurs if you installed the SNMP (Simple Network Management Protocol) service, but did NOT configure the Evntagnt.dll file for debug tracing. See "JSI Tip 7526" for additional information about this event.
As per Microsoft: "This problem occurs if you install the Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) service but you do not also configure this service. This error event is logged by the SNMP service when you restart the computer". See ME832790 for details.

See ME889082 and MSW2KDB for additional information on this event.
I removed the service, WMI SNMP Provider, from the managment and monitoring tools. Then added the service back and all is well.
In my case adding DWORD value "TraceLevel" = 32(decimal) to "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\SNMP_EVENTS\EventLog\Parameters", removed event ID 1015, but event ID 1003 still appeared. For this event, I have added to the same position the value "TraceFileName", REG_SZ, containing a file name, for example "test.log". This file will be created under "%systemroot%\system32" and further SNMP information is logged into it.
This event is generated together with event ID 1003. This event occures because of SNMP Event Log Extension Agent, only when SNMP is installed. TraceLevel value event cannot be found in registry, key:
Type of the the value is DWORD
I guess the solution would be to create the value (together with the value in 1003 event) or to delete HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\SNMP\Parameters\ExtensionAgents\5
