I got this message on a quad-core system run XP64 and has 4g ram and a raptor (Dell Optiplex 755). It should be screaming fast but it is just "ho-hum" fast. It also lags intermittently and occasionally bluescreens when I insert or remove a USB thumb drive. To be fair to it I do run a VM on it and keep a huge amount of programs running. I use it to ghost off HDDs Scan user HDDs for malware back up gigs of email form users transfer gigs of data across the network burn CDs/DVDs and many other user support activities.
