The EV100243 (Problem starting session after 4.5 upgrade) support forum thread, discusses a situation when this event occurred after an upgrade of VMWare View in an Active Directory environment emulated with Novell DSfW.
The suggested workaround was as follows:
In Novell ConsoleOne edit user properties of AD account. Add "logonHours" attribute in the "Other" tab. Modify value to "FF" and Apply changes. Dialog appears about a value changing on another page. Click OK. Was able to login to VMW View and connection to desktop without any problems. Did the same for other users in test environment. Might be an issue if have a bunch of Netware users to modify to get this to work but still doable. Hopefully something will be fixed so we don't have to modify anything, especially if it worked flawless in VMWV 4.0.
