Event ID: 1021 Source: MSExchangeFDS

Process <process> (PID=<PID>). Could not find directory <directory>. This is normal if it has never been generated. Otherwise, make sure this directory and share has read permission for "Exchange Servers" group.
This is a bug that appears when running an Exchange Cluster on Windows Server 2008. See “Issues with web OAB gen for Exchange 2007 CMS on Server 2008” for an explanation and a workaround.
As per Microsoft: "This Warning event indicates that the ExchangeOAB directory could not be found on the server that is running Microsoft® Exchange Server. This is typical if Oabgen.dll (referred to as OABGen) has never been run on this server. The Microsoft Exchange File Distribution service (MSExchangeFDS) will connect to the ExchangeOAB directory for offline address book (OAB) files so that these files can be distributed to Microsoft Outlook® clients. If MSExchangeFDS cannot find the ExchangeOAB directory, OAB distribution to Outlook clients may not work. This event may also occur if MSExchangeFDS does not have the necessary permissions to access the ExchangeOAB directory". See MSEX2K3DB for more details.
