If you just moved the mailbox, wait for AD replication to occur (should be 15 minutes or so). The mailbox should be accessible after the replication occurs.

- Error: -2147221231 (MAPI_E_LOGON_FAILED) - To resolve this, check if the mailbox stated in the event description is enabled. In one such case, the mailbox was not enabled and enabling the mailbox solved the issue. See ME555420 for more details.

- Error: -2147221231 - As per Microsoft: "Users tried to log on to their mailboxes during the move process. The users that were being moved could not log on. By design in Exchange 2000, users cannot log on to their mailboxes while their mailboxes are being moved. Inform all users not to attempt to log on to their mailboxes while their mailboxes are being moved". See ME260782, ME291124 and ME309113 for more details.
