Build a great reporting interface using Splunk, one of the leaders in the Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) field, linking the collected Windows events to www.eventid.net. The distinguished name of the owning mailbox is /O=DOMAIN/OU=FIRST ADMINISTRATIVE GROUP/CN=RECIPIENTS/CN=USER. The folder ID is in the data section of this event.

From a newsgroup post: "This happens when you have Diagnostics Logging for MSExchangeIS Mailbox\Access Control turned up. They are expected when logging is enabled. You can get rid of them by turning logging off for that counter".
