Virtual server 2005 is running on a stand-alone machine and authentication for “Virtual machine Remote Control (VMRC) Server Properties" is set to “Automatic”. In this case, the server first tries to use “Kerberos” when it starts by default. Change the authentication type for VMRC to NTLM in order to stop these warnings.
