Event ID: 1042 Source: DHCPServer

The DHCP/BINL service running on this machine has detected the following servers on the network.  Their domains are listed below as well as the  authorization status of the local machine as verified against the directory service enterprises of each of these domains. If the servers do not belong  to any domain, the domain is listed as empty. The IP address of each of  these servers is listed in parentheses.
The DHCP/BINL service has not determined if it is authorized in directory domain "<domain>" (Server <IP Address>)
The DHCP service on this server has searched for other DHCP servers on the same subnet. At the bottom, these servers and their authorization status are displayed. If an unauthorized DHCP server was found, its domain and IP address are included. Authorize it and this error should go away.
I got this error in Win2k Server with 2 NICs installed doing NAT between the internal network and an outside network. On the outside network, there was another DHCP server. I simply removed the external NIC from bindings inside the DHCP advanced properties window.
