The DHCP service on this server has searched for other DHCP servers on the same subnet. At the bottom, these servers and their authorization status are displayed. If an unauthorized DHCP server was found, its domain and IP address are included. Authorize it and this error should go away.
I got this error in Win2k Server with 2 NICs installed doing NAT between the internal network and an outside network. On the outside network, there was another DHCP server. I simply removed the external NIC from bindings inside the DHCP advanced properties window.
