Build a great reporting interface using Splunk, one of the leaders in the Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) field, linking the collected Windows events to www.eventid.net. The EventId.Net for Splunk Add-on assumes that Splunk is collecting information from Windows servers and workstation via the Splunk Universal Forwarder.

Cluster IP Address could not create the required Netbios interface.
|English: Request a translation of the event description in plain English.|
As per Microsoft: "If you create many IP address resources with the "Enable Netbios" option enabled, one or more resources may fail if the total number of Netbios enabled addresses on the system exceeds 64. This behavior occurs because Netbios has a table limit of 64 IP Addresses. To resolve this behavior, allow the "Enable Netbios" option to be checked only on IP Address resources that have a Network Name resource dependent on it, or when the address is used with Netbios".
