Event ID: 1052 Source: DHCPServer

The DHCP/BINL service on this workgroup server has encountered another server with IP Address, <IP address>, belonging to the domain <domain name>.
We had this error on a DHCP server not member of a Domain. As soon as the second NIC (which was connecting to our inside network which contains an AD Domain) was being enabled the DHCP service quit. This is default behavior, according to “WindowsITPro InstantDoc #46383”.
See the link to "EventID 1052 from source DHCP" for information on this event.
This error disappears when you manually restart the DHCP Server service.
