Build a great reporting interface using Splunk, one of the leaders in the Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) field, linking the collected Windows events to www.eventid.net. The EventId.Net for Splunk Add-on assumes that Splunk is collecting information from Windows servers and workstation via the Splunk Universal Forwarder.
Server for NFS was unable to initialize a volume. NFS shares on the volume will not be available on the network.

You cannot share anything via NFS from a drive for which the error above is given. NFS creates on every drive you share from a hidden directory <Driveletter>:\._nfs and fills it with some index and log information. In this case, the directory stays empty. To resolve this issue make sure that under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\NfsSvr\Parameters\<Driveletter> the IndexFile entry points to <Driveletter>:\._nfs\DRIVE<Driveletter>.NDX and InodeFile entry points to <Driveletter>:\._nfs\DRIVE<Driveletter>.NOD. Doing so resolved my NFS problem on a Windows 2003 R2 x64 system.
