Event ID: 107 Source: ReportServer

Report Server (MSSQLSERVER) cannot connect to the report server database.

This error can occur on machine startup if the Report Server service attempts to connect to the underlying database that is not yet online. To fix this issue set the Report Server service dependency on SQL Server service:
