Silent Running: rising temperature caused new fan speed =  L2 -> L1.

From a newsgroup post: "I think the error is caused by the card seeing a jump in temperature even when there is not necessarily one there. When it detects this jump it throttles down from L2 to L1, and with mine from L1 to L0 as well. The only way I have found to counter this problem is to set 2D, 3D low power and 3D performance to the same clock frequency. I am only guessing but I think L2=3D Performance, L1=3D Lowpower, L0=2D. Just make sure you always keep an eye on your GPU temps".
