Microsoft Cluster Server was halted to prevent an inconsistency within the cluster. The error code was <error>.

- Error: 5 - To resolve this problem, grant the Network Service account the Write access to the MSDTC resource GUID in the cluster registry. See ME900216 for information on how to do that.
- Error: 5028 - To resolve this problem, repartition the hard disk in which you want to place the cluster files so that it is a primary partition. See ME272771 for more information on this problem.

As per Microsoft: "Check connectivity between systems. This error may indicate configuration problems, hardware problems, or network problems". See the link to "Windows Cluster Service Troubleshooting and Maintenance" to download the original white paper.
- Error: 5890 - See ME837202 and ME890761 for two hotfixes applicable to Microsoft Windows Server 2003.
- Error: 5028 - As per Microsoft: "This issue can occur if the device drivers from another program are not compatible with the Cluster service". See ME257879 to find out how to fix this problem.
