Build a great reporting interface using Splunk, one of the leaders in the Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) field, linking the collected Windows events to www.eventid.net. The EventId.Net for Splunk Add-on assumes that Splunk is collecting information from Windows servers and workstation via the Splunk Universal Forwarder.
The TCP/IP interface for cluster IP address <address> has failed.
|English: Request a translation of the event description in plain English.|
As per the Microsoft Cluster Server Troubleshooting and Maintenance White Paper: "The IP address resource depends on the proper operation of a specific network interface as configured in the resource properties. The network interface failed. Check the system event log for errors. Check the network adapter for proper operation and replace the adapter if necessary. Check to make sure the proper adapter driver is loaded for the device and check for newer versions of the driver". See the link to "Windows Cluster Service Troubleshooting and Maintenance" to download the white paper.
