Build a great reporting interface using Splunk, one of the leaders in the Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) field, linking the collected Windows events to www.eventid.net. As per Microsoft: "This error indicates that memory allocation failed, or that some other necessary computer resource could not be obtained. Group Policy processing for the computer or user fails and will continue to fail until this error is resolved. This error is usually caused by low memory or low disk space on the computer at the time that Group Policy was processing". See MSW2KDB for more details.
From a newsgroup post: "After many hours of frustration I have the answer. It seems that this problem may be caused by the NVIDIA drivers. You do not need to revert to a previous version of NVIDIA drivers, just disable the NVIDIA Display Driver service. This can be done from within Administrative Tools -> Services".
