Build a great reporting interface using Splunk, one of the leaders in the Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) field, linking the collected Windows events to www.eventid.net. The EventId.Net for Splunk Add-on assumes that Splunk is collecting information from Windows servers and workstation via the Splunk Universal Forwarder.
Some data referred to the code page <code page number> that is currently not supported by the operating system. Install support for this language in the Windows NT International Control Panel.

What is the role of the Microsoft Exchange Information Store service?
As per Microsoft: "This event indicates that the code pages required are not installed on the Exchange server. Any Microsoft Exchange server can be used with any localized client computers. Different languages require different code pages. If the appropriate code page is not installed on the server, this problem can occur". See MSEX2K3DB for more details.
A workaround is to open REGEDT32 on the Exchange server and go to HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\MIME\Database\Charset\x-user-defined. If you're having this problem, you will see that Codepage and InternetEncoding are using the value 0xc350 (50000). Changing both to 0x04e4 (1252) will let NT use code page 1252, which supports several languages.
