Our System Event Log was full of these events when the power supply failed on our Dell PV122T tape drive. It appears that when it first had a problem there was one Event ID 15 from source powerfil, then a few Event ID 15 from source dlttape-VRTS and then this event every second for the next 8 minutes or so.
