Build a great reporting interface using Splunk, one of the leaders in the Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) field, linking the collected Windows events to www.eventid.net. The EventId.Net for Splunk Add-on assumes that Splunk is collecting information from Windows servers and workstation via the Splunk Universal Forwarder.
The SNMP Service is ignoring extension agent dll C:\MSSQL7\BINN\sqlsnmp.dll because it is missing or misconfigured.

What is SNMP?
This event appears when the Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) service cannot load the extension agent named in the message. See MSW2KDB for information on this issue.
Reapplying the latest service pack for Windows NT should solve this problem. See ME163595 for more details.
This message is usually recorded when the SNMP service tries to load the dlls for a specific application but those dlls requires the application to be running in order to load successfully. In this example, the MS SQL service was not running so its SNMP libraries could not be loaded. See ME241813 for more details.
