I started getting these warnings after installing SP3 for Exchange 2010. They went away after about 5 min. As it says in the information of the warning, "Problem will automatically be fixed" and that was true in my case.
To fix this, install Update Rollup 4 for Exchange Server 2010 Service Pack 1 - see EV100381 (HP Support document).
According to MSEX2K3DB, this error can be ignored.
