A worker process with process ID of <id> serving application pool <application pool name> has requested a recycle because it reached its private-bytes-memory limit.
IIS application pools can be periodically recycled to avoid unstable states that can lead to application crashes, hangs, or memory leaks. When a certain threshold is reached, it is better to recycle it then let it reach an unstable state. See T735261 for more information about IIS Application Pool Recycling.
