Build a great reporting interface using Splunk, one of the leaders in the Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) field, linking the collected Windows events to www.eventid.net. The EventId.Net for Splunk Add-on assumes that Splunk is collecting information from Windows servers and workstation via the Splunk Universal Forwarder.
The node lost communication with cluster node '<server name>' on network '<network name>'.

What is the role of the Cluster Service?
If you have event 1122 along with it you can just ignore the issue. The cluster service periodically checks the public LAN (if private / heartbeat is primary for cluster communication) for cluster communication.
In our case, the NIC driver (public LAN) was older than the driver on the other nodes.
See ME311081 and ME892422 for information on this event.
Self-explanatory, it indicates that the heart-beat connections between cluster nodes was lost (network problems, remote node disconnected or crashed).
