As per Microsoft: "This behavior may occur after you have increased the level of diagnostics logging on the Exchange 2000 Server mailbox store. These notification events do not indicate a problem with the moved mailbox, and are not logged at the default diagnostic logging level in Exchange 2000 Server. This behavior is by design". See ME812849 for more details.
