What is the Removable Storage?
As per Microsoft: "This issue occurs if your Windows 2000-based computer cannot read the tape during startup. For example, this issue occurs if the tape is damaged or if it is not the correct media type for the tape drive device". See ME891606 for information on solving this problem.
If you are running Windows Media Player 7 and Easy CD Creator on a Windows 2000-based computer, then see ME269381 to resolve this problem.
Appears to be caused by having a blank CD in a CD writer during boot up. The removal of the CD from the drive corrected the issue.
