The driver for device \Device\Scsi\Ultra1 detected a port timeout due to prolonged inactivity. All associated busses were reset in an effort to clear the condition.
In my particular case, this problem was caused by the driver of my promise Ultra 133tx2 controller, which was compatible with Windows Vista but not with Vista 64-bit. Only solutions I could find to this problem was to either buy a new controller as Promise does not update drivers for the Ultra 133tx2 anymore or downgrade my Windows version.
