Comments

This problem may occur when the following registry subkeys are missing:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ODBC
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ODBC
These subkeys may have been removed if you removed a Corel program, including a program in the Corel WordPerfect Office family of products. See ME324520 for details on solving this problem.
Solution: From the Timerberline shared network folder, I copied the tssimba.dll and tsodbcsu.dll files to the Citrix server under system32. I then went to the registry and pointed the ODBC path to new file locations. The problem was that for some reason, the installation of the software was deleting the ODBC key, so it couldn't access the data sources any longer.
