This error message indicates that an older version of the store is trying to access a new format of an Exchange database. See MSEX2K3DB and ME888839 for details on this problem.
Error occured after restore from back up tape.
This problem occurs when you perform one of the following actions:
- You restore a Store.exe file earlier than version 5.5.2651.32 after the information store databases have already been upgraded to version 2.45.
- You restore a Store.exe file earlier than version 5.5.2652.68 after the information store databases have already been upgraded to version 2.46.
These earlier versions of the Store.exe file do not support the new database formats. See ME244976 for resolution.
