Error was WMIXWDM 120 and it was occuring over and over in the system event manager. Flash Video was crashing the computer on almost any site I went too. I have discovered something to fix this.

This motherboard in the advanced BIOS section has the ability to unlock the CPU. When you unlock the CPU it turns into AMD Phenom II X4 710 once back in Windows. Apparently Windows XP 64bit does not like this. When I went back into the BIOS and put CPU unlock to disabled, there were no more error and no more crashing.
