This event can occur in a situation when the Windows Management Service process (Wmiprvse.exe) does not unload the user profiles correctly. See ME894791 for details.
This event appears if you have installed UPHClean on your system. It is an informational event notifying you what handles have been closed in order to allow the profile to be unloaded successfully. See ME837115 for details on UPHClean.
