The XLANG Scheduler Restart Service encountered a problem when connecting to the XLANG schedule service to rehydrate the running XLANG schedules. The service will wait, and then make another attempt. The following error was returned: 0x80080005

The event is related to Microsoft BizTalk Server 2000 and a corrupt XLANG schedule. According to a newsgroup post the solution is to purge the Xlang persistance database. That will remove the dehydrated schedules.
