Build a great reporting interface using Splunk, one of the leaders in the Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) field, linking the collected Windows events to www.eventid.net. The EventId.Net for Splunk Add-on assumes that Splunk is collecting information from Windows servers and workstation via the Splunk Universal Forwarder.

What is POP3?
ME251097 gives information regarding this error, and ME175439 details how to install an SSL certificate. However, if you're not interested in SSL connections, simply go to the Protocols container in Exchange Administrator, select the properties of the protocol then Authentication, and unclick the SSL enabled variants.
The SSL certificate is not installed on the protocol that you are using, or the certificate is improperly installed. See ME251097 for more details.
